This collaborative space helps define new features for our platform.
As we previously announced, a few months ago we launched Meerkat Labs, an innovative space within Meerkat Cx 3.0 that allows users to track and propose new platform features.
To put it simply, Meerkat Labs functions as a collaborative innovation laboratory, where ideas go through a clear process before reaching production, with special attention given to the needs and feedback of our partner companies.
The goal is to centralize and bring transparency to the improvement requests submitted by companies, allowing supervisors to propose changes while enabling the entire community to vote and share their opinions. In this way, we create a true collaborative innovation lab, where every idea follows a structured process designed to benefit the greatest possible number of ISPs before being implemented.
✨ What are the main benefits of this tool?
🎯 It provides greater transparency into how requests are prioritized.
🎯 It allows closer tracking of the status of each improvement.
🎯 It establishes a standardized process for managing changes.
🎯 It creates alignment between companies’ needs and Meerkat’s product roadmap.
