Contact in San Juan with lnterredes

We had a new catch-up with the members of that local company

Last week we traveled to the city of San Juan, in Argentina’s Cuyo region, as part of the series of relationship-building meetings we are carrying out with our clients. The purpose of the trip was to meet and get to know part of the team that makes up Interredes, a company that for more than 25 years has offered installation, sales, technical support, and customer service for wireless and fiber-optic Internet connections in the local metropolitan area.

In addition to its extensive track record, Interredes has the privilege of being the first Internet company in San Juan to obtain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate, certified by IRAM.

During this visit, our CEO, Federico Weidemann, and our Customer Success Manager, Catalina De Ambrosio, met with Gabriela Espósito, from the administrative management team; Ángela Alferillo, quality lead; and Mirella Morales, remote technical support lead. During the meeting, different aspects of the omnichannel solution Suricata Cx 3.0 were reviewed, different phases of the work were analyzed, as well as the benefits of being able to centralize support in a single place, improving response times.
