Last week we took part in Andina Link Smart Cities Expo 2026, without a doubt one of the most important telecommunications, technology, and smart cities events in the region, held in Cartagena, Colombia.
The event brought together Internet providers, cable operators, telecommunications companies, governments, and technology companies, with the aim of driving innovation and collaboration amid full digital transformation.
During the event we presented and explained our solutions:
• Suricata Cx 3.0: our Omnichannel solution for customer experience management
• Pagoralia: the integrated payments platform to optimize collections within the conversational channel.}
⚡ Beyond that, without a doubt the highlight was that our CEO and Founder of the company, Federico Weidemann, delivered the talk “From conversations to cash flow: AI orchestration for ISPs”, where he laid out the framework to connect operational KPIs with revenue and cash flow in the sell – resolve – collect cycle.
💡During the presentation he shared how ISPs can connect operational metrics with revenue and cash flow, integrating the entire customer journey into a single decision system.
👉 Among the key points he suggested are:
✅ Measure what really matters: identify metrics that demonstrate real impact in 30 days
✅ Reduce friction to improve collections: aim to agree on and integrate payments within the conversation channel and without resorting to other harsher methods.
✅ Practical implementation: avoid embarking on endless projects and move forward with an easily applicable model.
📈 The approach presented is based on Suricata’s experience working with more than 80 ISPs across Latin America.
