Meerkat and Pagoralia played an active role at the Mexico City event
The 17th WISPMX Caravan once again established itself as the leading gathering for ISPs in Mexico and across the region. With more than 800 operators and technology providers in attendance, the event fostered the exchange of success stories and discussions around the critical challenges facing the telecommunications sector.
Within this framework, the Meerkat and Pagoralia teams played an active role. Through their presentations, Catalina de Ambrosio, Meerkat’s COO, and Sofía Gómez Freytas, Pagoralia’s Business Developer, shared how automation, artificial intelligence, and platform integration are transforming the operational efficiency of Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
From these discussions, five strategic lessons emerged that we would like to highlight:
1. Operational efficiency as a growth driver.
As demand for connectivity continues to grow, operators must scale their businesses without increasing costs proportionally. This makes process automation and orchestration essential for eliminating manual tasks and optimizing response times.
2. Customer experience as a key differentiator.
Technical quality alone is no longer enough. Fast issue resolution and seamless payment processes are now major factors in customer loyalty. Infrastructure must therefore be complemented by an outstanding customer experience.
3. Artificial Intelligence delivers tangible results.
Meerkat and Pagoralia demonstrated how AI enables intelligent workflow orchestration, from customer service to collections management, freeing up valuable resources for strategic decision-making.

4. Platform integration will be critical for future growth.
A connected ecosystem is essential. Integration between management systems and payment platforms is no longer a competitive advantage—it has become a fundamental requirement for operating efficiently and scaling without friction.
5. Creating value beyond connectivity.
Today’s competitive landscape requires operators to strengthen customer relationships through value-added digital services, transforming a basic utility into a robust and long-lasting value proposition.
With this in mind, our solutions are designed to transform data into decisions and processes into competitive advantages. By integrating digital collections tools and intelligent automation, we help ISPs build scalable, customer-centric organizations.
The market has spoken: those who succeed in placing the customer at the center of an efficient operation will be the ones leading the next decade of telecommunications.
We would like to thank everyone who attended our presentation for their support, as well as all those who visited our booth to learn more about our solutions. THANK YOU!
