Once again Meerkat traveled to Mexico. This time, it was to participate in the Expo ISP MX 2024, the event that last week reunited the key players of the local and international Internet industry (including ISPs, carriers, equipment suppliers, etc.) and that every year is organized by the Wireless Internet Service Providers National Association of that country (WISPMX).
With the Yucatan Siglo XXI Convention Center in Merida as the epicenter, there were two days of activities during which there was space for talks, conferences and meetings that sought to strengthen ties and generate business in the networking spaces, as well as the possibility of exploring new collaborations between companies.
Among the 46 companies that participated, Meerkat presented at its stand the virtues of the Omnichannel tool Meerkat Cx 2.0 and also the operation of the payment platform Pagoralia.
Likewise, the company’s CEO, Federico Weidemann, and the executive Francisco Franchini, spoke about the advantages of the integration between Meerkat Cx 2.0 and Pagoralia for 360º customer service, in order to automate all customer service processes, from suspension and collection to reactivation of customer service. They also talked about the importance of providing good customer service, not only to gain more subscribers, but also to turn them into brand promoters.
