Meerkat Cloud Keeps Getting Updated

We have improved the visual experience and usability for agents.

As part of our ongoing update and improvement policy, we recently launched a new version of the Meerkat  Cloud platform. This update aims to enhance the visual experience and usability of the tool, allowing customer service agents to manage their tasks more efficiently, smoothly, and in a more user-friendly way.
