Meerkat 2.0 Is Online!

Our solution is actually faster, more effective and more complete.

As part of our policy of continuous improvement and with the focus on offering a better service to our customers every day, we have just launched Meerkat Cx 2.0, an evolution of our tool developed specifically for companies that provide services.
 
This version 2.0 takes many elements from Artificial Intelligence, which were specially adapted to our solution. As a summary (we will expand on this in future releases), the main changes observed are: 

  • The interface has a new name: it is no longer called Client Desk but Meerkat Cloud (which relates not only to the storage location but also to the structuring).
  • At first sight you can see a completely renewed graphical interface of the platform, which was updated to adapt it to the best uses of the UI (User Interface). 
  • Not only is the visual aspect more pleasant and modern, but its use is much simpler and more user-friendly, which makes it easier for agents to use.
  • The generated tickets are now divided by origin, and the chat in which they were initiated can be accessed from a preview without the need to enter the ticket.
  • In this regard, ticket views are not only separated, but are not the same for the supervisor as for the agents.
  • All servers were upgraded to improve the platform’s response times. So, we now offer a much faster and more effective service than before.

 
Finally, it should be clarified that all our clients are being migrated to Meerkat Cx 2.0, as stipulated and scheduled by our Development and Technology Department.
 
In synthesis, we change, update and improve so that our customers have a tool that is more effective, modern, fast and easy to operate every day.
