Internet Day 2025 once again brought together the leading voices in connectivity and telecommunications — and we were there!
Organized by the Argentine Internet Chamber (CABASE) and held at the Buenos Aires Convention Center, this year’s event saw record participation, with over 50 companies and hundreds of attendees coming together for two days of talks, panels, workshops, and networking opportunities.
The central theme? “Connectivity in Evolution for the Digital Economy.” Discussions focused on the urgent need to adopt new technologies like Wi-Fi 6 and 7, Artificial Intelligence, and IoT, as well as the future of industry regulation and the growing demand for reliable, high-speed internet access.
One key takeaway was clear: while investments in infrastructure keep rising, revenues remain flat — creating a major challenge for the sector. There’s also a shared understanding that expanding network coverage, especially in underserved areas, is more crucial than ever.
