Meerkat Cx Continues to Evolve

We are pleased to announce a new update focused on enhancing ticket automation within Meerkat Cx.

We’ve recently implemented a major update to our Meerkat Cx tool, which addresses ticket management automation. This latest improvement is designed to optimize service continuity and operational efficiency when an agent becomes inactive or goes offline.

Now, if an agent takes no action within their ticket list during a predefined period (default: 60 minutes), the system will automatically log them out. This ensures that tickets do not remain unattended and the workflow proceeds without interruption.
