Last week, we had a catch-up with the members of Clyfema.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our clients, last week we traveled to the city of Mar de Ajó, in the Municipalidad Urbana de La Costa, at Buenos Aires Province, to visit Clyfema (Cooperativa de Luz y Fuerza Eléctrica), the company responsible not only for providing electrical services but also for managing public sanitation works for the more than 30,000 permanent residents of the area.
We were welcomed by the Cooperative’s manager, Carlos Bottale, along with his entire team, with whom we held a productive follow-up meeting coordinated by Catalina De Ambrosio, our Customer Success Manager.
During the meeting, we reviewed how Meerkat Cx is helping organize and automate most of the contact with members, as well as centralizing customer service in a single platform to improve response times. We also discussed various phases of the work and how to respond to increased demand, especially considering that the town’s population tends to triple during the peak summer season.
