This new feature allows for complete control of the operation at a glance
Continuing with the improvements offered by our renewed Meerkat Cx 2.0 platform, today it is our turn to comment on the Dashboard, a tool that was included in the last update of our integrated solution.
A Dashboard is nothing more than a large control panel. In other words, it is a tool for organizing, controlling, and analyzing information, allowing data to be displayed in a simple way to track key topics and observe their evolution. In other words it’s designed so that, at a glance, all the information can be easily read and understood by anyone, without requiring extensive technical knowledge.
How does it work? The dashboard displays the main metrics (called KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators), a measurable value that indicates how effectively goals are being met. In this sense, KPIs should be thought of as a scorecard, a way to measure whether the company’s objectives are being achieved. Specifically, in the case of Meerkat, it allows for monitoring whether customer service SLA (Service Level Agreement) and all other parameters are being met.
In summary, dashboards provide a comprehensive view of the company’s performance in one place. This allows decision-makers to identify trends, monitor progress, and track performance against set goals. That’s why a well-designed dashboard presents information in a visually appealing way, making it easier to understand and put into action.
