How Meerkat Cx 2.0 helps to manage payments

Integration with various platforms reduces costs and processing times.


Last year, Meerkat presented its integration with different payment platforms as a way to simplify and speed up the collection process for Internet services providers (ISPs), by automating the management and without the intervention of personnel.

This articulation, which is offered in Latin America in conjunction with the firm Pagoralia and in Argentina with the company Siro, has a very simple operation and is linked to our solution Meerkat Cx 2.0.  To cite just one example: if a user’s service is suspended for non-payment, he communicates with his ISP, which uses our Meerkat Cx 2.0 tool, and at that moment he can check the billing, see his debt status and can settle his balance using these payment platforms online and with the different payment methods they offer. Without any other procedure, once the amount owed is credited, the service will be reactivated.

Currently, this integration is essential for suppliers, because it allows customers to check their obligations, reducing the possibility of errors and reducing administrative procedures, since the entire reconciliation process is carried out automatically.
