It is a development we made for SMEs ISPs in Ecuador that is already in operation.
We are very happy to announce that as a result of the work we have been doing for some time with the Association of Value Added Service Providers (APROSVA in Spanish) of Ecuador -that is, the chamber of small Internet providers- our Bot, which we presented last week at the Demo Day organized by the entity, is now up and running.
The Bot, baptized Aprobot, is a software based on Meerkat Cx and tailored to the needs of the Association according to very specific specifications and that comply with the tasks that its associates perform on a daily basis with their subscribers.
This tool is already operational and is in the last phase of testing with actual users with great success, which speaks for the effectiveness of Meerkat Cx.
APROSVA is a non-profit organization whose objective is "active participation in the development of telecommunications, as well as contributing to the promotion, development and welfare of its members and the community in general, supporting the massive access to information and communication technologies". Hence, the entity defines itself as "a communications bridge for more than 140 Ecuadorian communities".
This is because the Association currently brings together some 150 Internet service companies that have deployed their telecommunications networks and infrastructure mainly in rural areas of the country's 24 provinces, and through these companies it contributes to closing the digital breach with quality, cost-effective and reliable services.
We are proud that this prestigious entity has chosen Meerkat as its supplier and Meerkat Cx as its solution to improve its reach and performance.
Thank you APROSVA!
