As of tomorrow and until Thursday we will be participating in Wispapalooza 2022.
After our visit to Mexico, where we participated in the Seventh WISPAMX 2022 Caravan in Tabasco, starting tomorrow we will be part of the Wispapalooza 2022 Show, the industry exhibition organized by the Wireless Internet Service Providers Association (WISPA) of the United States, at the Paris and Bally's hotels in Las Vegas.
The Association is the umbrella organization for more than 28,000 Internet service providers, with a coverage of 7 million customers and carriers in all 50 states, and represents the interests of the evolving ecosystem of wireless Internet service providers (small, innovative entrepreneurs who deliver fixed wireless and other broadband solutions to consumers, businesses, first responders and community institutions). The WISPs bring essential Internet access to millions of Americans in rural, suburban and underserved urban areas of the country quickly and affordably, offering cost-effective, competitive and innovative service options where none existed before.
This will be our first participation in the United States after joining WISPA in February this year, and during the Show we will be explaining at our booth 721 in the Paris' Ballroom all about the operation and possibilities offered by our Omnichannel contact management SaaS solution Suricata Cx. In addition, we will present our exclusive Early Adopters program for U.S. customers, through which we will offer benefits and advantages to local companies that want to try our solution.
Also, on Wednesday, from 8 am to 9 am, in the Concorde C Room, our executive for the United States, Francis Vega, will speak about the importance of customer retention and loyalty and how tools such as NPS are useful to measure their degree of satisfaction, based on the experience that our company has gained over the years in the industry.
Furthermore, we will be waiting for you all at our booth, from 7am to 7pm (Eastern time) to tell you all about Suricata Cx.
