This means that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705<strong> No external tools are required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705<\/strong><strong> All contacts are automatically recorded.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705<\/strong><strong> It provides complete traceability for every interaction with the customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, how do you enable Integrated Telephony?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a1 First, go to the \u201cTicket List\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a1 Then click on \u201cLog in,\u201d which will activate the agent as available to receive\/make calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What happens once it\u2019s enabled?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 The system will issue a ringtone, indicating that there is an incoming call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 The agent can then choose to answer or reject the call.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s important to note that<strong> every incoming call will automatically generate a ticket<\/strong>, even if it is not answered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additionally:<br><\/strong>\ud83d\udc49 If the <strong>customer was previously identified in the IVR flow, the ticket will include all their information.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 It will also <strong>log the phone number used to contact you,<\/strong> enabling you to reach out again (callback).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why, if you want to implement Integrated Telephony in your customer service operations, please contact the <strong>Meerekat \u00a0Support <\/strong>team, they\u2019re ready to help.
