Continuing with the review of the new features offered by our <strong>Suricata<\/strong> <strong>Cx 3.0<\/strong> tool, today we are going to focus on one that is related to the <strong>list of open tickets on the platform<\/strong> <strong>that we open on the platform.<\/strong><br>\u00a0<br>? This feature was designed to further optimize the work of the support team, and is based on the following:<br>\u00a0<br><strong>\u2705<\/strong> The list will update automatically: new tickets that are created are automatically included in the Open Tickets List, so there is no need to refresh the view. This update is performed every 60 seconds.<br><strong>?\u00a0<\/strong>On the other hand, by keeping the Open Tickets List open you will remain logged in to <strong>Suricata<\/strong> <strong>Cx 3.0<\/strong>. When you leave the list, the application automatically logs you out.<br><strong>\u274c\u00a0<\/strong>Finally, if the tab is closed, the session will automatically be closed in all other windows of the platform.<br>\u00a0<br>? With this change, we provide a real-time record of active agents, improving transparency and management in your operation.<br>\u00a0<br>\u2728 As always, these improvements aim to streamline and make customer service management more efficient, and to speed up the work of the collaborators who are in contact with users.<br>\u00a0<br>?
