This is a collaborative space to define new features for our platform<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want to let you know that we have created Suricata<\/strong> Labs<\/strong>, a space<\/strong> within our Suricata<\/strong> Cx<\/strong> 3.0<\/strong> tool dedicated to managing new functionalities<\/strong> (\u201cfeatures\u201d) requested by customers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to centralize, make transparent, and prioritize the cycle of each request, allowing company supervisors to propose changes or improvements to the operation of our platform. At the same time, it opens the door for the rest of the companies to participate in voting on these improvements in order to assess whether they are applicable or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, Suricata<\/strong> Labs<\/strong> functions as a collaborative innovation lab<\/strong>, in which ideas go through a clear process before reaching production and in which special attention is paid to the concerns of our partner companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the benefits offered by Suricata<\/strong> Labs<\/strong>, we can point out that there is a transparent weighting of customer needs based on the community itself, and there is full visibility into the status of each requirement. Likewise, the change process is standardized from the idea to the production release, and greater alignment is established between companies\u2019 needs and Suricata<\/strong>\u2019s roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
